Contact and Dues
The best way to contact SCRO is through our email. We do not have a central office; each board member is operating from his or her home on a voluntary basis. In an effort to honor our personal time and space, we are not posting personal contact information on the website. You can send an email to our central email account, and those emails will be forwarded to individual board members, as needed. Thank you for your understanding!​​​​
​​​ Membership in SCRO is absolutely voluntary. We are not an HOA or POA. Owners of property in the Ranches are not required to join or pay dues. Membership does give you a voice in how SCRO operates and how it influences the community.
The dues are $25 per family/lot per year. Full-year memberships run from the “call to order” of a given annual membership meeting to the adjournment of the annual membership meeting held one year later. Members possess full voting rights during the annual membership meeting if they have an active membership from the concluding year or for the upcoming year.​

Membership dues are prorated as follows:

100% through the adjournment of the regular first quarter membership meeting in late October or early November

75% through the adjournment of the regular second quarter membership meeting in late January or early February

50% through the adjournment of the regular third quarter membership meeting in late April or early May
-
25% through the adjournment of the annual membership meeting in August (i.e., if a member wanted to vote during the annual meeting but not join for the upcoming year)

Dues can be paid via PayPal, credit or debit card, or check. Checks can be mailed to above mailing address or handed directly to the treasurer and should be made payable to "SCRO." If you pay by check, please attach a note containing the pertinent information (see below). If you pay electronically ("Pay now" button below), please note the pertinent information in the "additional information" box.
